  • Flexible scheduling: Most of our clients are already dealing with jam-packed schedules. We aim to lessen the burden by offering appointments outside of normal business hours upon request.
  • Foreign languages: Members of our team speak Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Hindi, Punjabi and Gujarati.

​Student-at-Law

Cristina completed her Bachelor of Laws at Oxford Brookes University and is currently completing the lawyer licensing process. Cristina's primary focuses are on Real Estate, Wills & Estates, and Business Law. Her legal training, academic achievements and experience in business and customer service allow her to better serve each client and assist them in overcoming any legal hurdles they may encounter.​ She is to be called to the bar in June 2021.

Law Clerk, Office Manager​

Currently completing her Political Science and Human Resources Management degrees at York University, Alexandra joined our team in 2014 and has continued to be a valued member at Hayer Law.  Her broad skill-set has evolved from Legal Assistant into a Law Clerk position. She has also held the position of Office Manager since 2017. Beyond Clerk duties, Alexandra is tasked with staff training and the implementation of firm policies to ensure a high quality of professionalism and proficiency at our firm.

Pam Hayer

Founder, Lawyer

​After more than 20 years in the airline industry, Pam Hayer obtained her law degree at Queen's University (Kingston) in 2003 and is now the principle legal representative and founder of Hayer Law. Based on her extensive knowledge of customer service and the hospitality industry, Pam focuses her practice on providing clients with a premium service as she strives to not only meet, but to exceed their every expectation.
